Concealed Panelling Specification / Material Options
All our panels are manufactured from 19mm Melamine Faced Chipboard as standard, with an integral 2mm PVC edging all round. Concealed panel kits are supplied in flat-pack form, complete with relevant lift on / off clips. Please Note: Timber studwork is always supplied by others. Installing our panel kits is a very cost effective option as they put an end to continual redecoration and solve the problem of unsightly marks caused by every day knocks, our panels are hard wearing, hygienic and very easy to clean.
Hardware and fittings for Duct Panelling
Lift off and push fit panel clips are used to secure flat panels to hidden frames. They provide a simple but effective means of concealing hidden pipework and services. Typically there are four sets of clips fitted to a panel and the matching four clips fitted to the framework.
Toilet Cubicles.co.uk supply the clips packed on cards in sets of four, complete with all screws. This avoids the need to send bulk packs to site as well as time consuming counting.
